I met Maggie by chance at the gym, and she had such a supportive and confident energy with the client that she was training that I immediately wanted to start training with her. As I got to know her during our training sessions, I learned that not only is she an incredibly skilled fitness professional, but also such a warm, encouraging, and hilarious person.
I am someone who has to be dragged into the gym usually, but I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Maggie and the time seems to fly by. I have a myriad of injuries and body troubles that make consistent training very difficult, but never once has she made me feel like I am too much work or that I cannot achieve my fitness goals. She has found so many alternative exercises for me, spending the time to do the research around my injuries, as well as accommodate any last minute body 'flare ups'. She will push you hard enough for you to accomplish your goals, but also treat you with the kindness and compassion that is so necessary for it to be a positive experience. When I am consistent with my workouts, my pain is so much less, and my mental health, strength, and posture are so much better. I was really lucky to find Maggie as my personal trainer.
She is a ray of sunshine every workout we do. We work in my small condo; I just move the coffee table and put down my yoga mat (no excuses if you don't have a gym!) We use a combination of hand weights and bands and Maggie gives me a full body workout that is different every time. She makes exercise fun while also teaching me the proper posture for each exercise. Maggie is also really knowledgeable about nutrition and I have started keeping a food diary so we are aware of what I am eating.
Maggie is teaching me how to eat healthy and how to cook things. I have more energy and have not had any back pain since I started with Maggie. I am still on my weight loss journey and I am lucky that she is with me. She is also a joy to be around. I highly recommend Maggie! - Joanna M.

Wow, Maggie is much more than just a Personal Trainer!
I first met Maggie in April 2022 when I decided to try the Summer Shred Bootcamp she was putting on in my building. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew it would be an intense workout. After signing up for the boot camp, Maggie reached out to me to get to know me and my goals and put my mind at ease before I got to the class. That same caring and approachable energy were apparent the day I met her. Her passion for fitness and love for helping others reach their goals came through clearly, and I was relieved that this wasn’t just another trainer in the fitness industry to make a quick buck!
I had lost motivation to work out and was confused about what to do, but Maggie guided the class and I through a 45-min HITT and Strength Training workout with a smile. The time passed quickly, and it felt amazing! Maggie followed up after the class and gave me advice and stretches to do for old injuries and keep my spirits high, so naturally, I had to sign up for another class. 90-days later, I completed the 90-Day Summer Shred Boot camp and couldn’t be happier with the results. I lost 15lbs and gained a fantastic mentor and accountability coach that I could rely on to give me the straight and narrow on health, fitness, personal development, and excellent tips to curb those cravings!

Maggie has made such an impactful and meaningful difference in my life as my personal trainer. In my initial meeting with Maggie, I let her know my goal was just to lose weight. She talked to me about changing my mindset and working with me to establish a daily routine that is attainable, but she let me know that I had to put in the effort and really commit to wanting to change.
With Maggie’s encouragement, I now lead a much more active and healthy lifestyle, committing to walking at least 12,000 steps a day, working out in my home and changing my daily routines and diet. Maggie’s workouts are incredibly positive, as she is always motivating you and pushing you to achieve your goals. She helped me with my form and technique on many exercises and made me feel comfortable going to the gym, which I was always nervous about before. Every workout I have had with Maggie has been different, where new exercises are introduced or variations are made to things that we have done before. Every muscle group gets worked, and after each workout, you feel a sense of pride in what you have accomplished.
Maggie also has a wonderful network of people in the health industry that she can connect you with if you have questions or are interested in other areas of improvement. Since I hired Maggie as my personal trainer, I have lost 40 pounds in four months, but more importantly, I have developed a healthy routine that I plan on continuing. I also feel more comfortable about my body image, which has also increased my confidence. Exercise and working out are no longer chores but something that I look forward to every day. Hiring Maggie as my personal trainer is the best investment I have ever made in my health, and I cannot recommend her highly enough if you are committed to changing your lifestyle.
